CLICK for more details. My unboxing of the Sony NEX 5N in black. I attach the ECM-SST1 microphone and a Nikon lens as well. Its definitely a worthwhile upgrade to the 5N: - much better sensor (regardless of added pixels) - NO MORE 1.8x crop for video!! now, it crops the 3:2 aspect down to 16:9.. THATS IT!! - MUCH MUCH better movie mode (1080p60, 1080p24, full manual controls, sensor less prone to overheat) - body seems better built, nice flat black finish - cheaper - touchscreen that actually works good - miniature mode - AF micro adjustment - autocorrections - better battery performance - buttons and dials feel better (although, some of these may come to the 3/5 in a fw upgrade)
